Spring 2026 Anime Season Kicks Off!
In Japan, new anime series are released in four distinct seasons: Winter (Jan), Spring (Apr), Summer (Jul), and Fall (Oct). A season with many highly anticipated shows is often called a 豊作 (hōsaku), a term originally meaning bountiful harvest.
